Subprocessors
These vendors process personal data on our behalf when operating Persona. The list is not exhaustive of every tool we use (for example internal development or support tooling) and may change as we ship new features.
We engage them under contractual terms and industry-standard safeguards that reflect how we use their services. Each provider may still maintain its own privacy policy and practices for how it handles data in its own systems, which can differ from ours.
- StripeProcesses payments, subscriptions, and billing-related events for Persona.
- OpenAIProvides the models used for assistant features such as drafting and understanding your requests.
- Google CloudGoogle Cloud and Google APIs for Maps, Calendar-style connections, Places, and reCAPTCHA where those features run.
- Amazon Web ServicesHosts parts of our cloud infrastructure, including serverless compute, email delivery, queues, file storage, and scheduling.
- SupabaseProvides authentication, the primary database, and related APIs and storage for the product.
- AmplitudeReceives product analytics and usage events tied to your account or device so we can measure funnels, retention, and feature adoption.
- MicrosoftMicrosoft Entra ID sign-in and Microsoft Graph when you authenticate or connect with a Microsoft account.
- RedisManaged in-memory cache for sessions and related operational data where we have enabled it.
